Milien, Jempsly

Jempsly is an only child, and currently lives with both of his parents. There is only one adult in the home who is able to read and write. Jempsly's house is constructed of wooden walls and has a dirt floor. There are two small rooms. The house has no plumbing or restroom facilities. Jempsly's family is fortunate to own its home, but struggles to keep it safely maintained. Jempsly's father supports his family by working as a farmer on his small plot. His mother is a handy woman and likes to fix things around her neighbors' houses for a small income.  Overall, Jempsly's household makes little more than $25 USD each month. Typically, the family only manages to eat twice a day. The overall health of Jempsly's home is currently stable, but depends on MAII's health clinics for regular treatment. This family lives in a world of poverty, and Jempsly cannot count on his parents to have the resources to pay for school. Jempsly needs an education to help lift his household out of its economic situation, and he needs your help to get that education.  Jempsly is a unique child who needs assistance. He cannot help the fact that he was born into a poor situation, and he needs a leg up. Your sponsorship will give him basic human essentials and the education he needs to chase a better tomorrow.
